Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (30.10.2015-01.11.2015)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 18 out of 22 cases of infliction of bodily damage registered in the territory of the Republic from October 29 to November 1, as well as 1 out of 2 cases of robbery, 18 cases of theft, 11 cases of swindling, 2 cases of smuggling, 4 cases of hooliganism and 1 case of bribery have been solved.
From earlier committed crimes 2 cases of murder, 6 cases of infliction of bodily damage, 8 cases of theft and 1 case of swindling have been detected.
Over the past 3 days 29 road traffic accidents were registered in the republic: 3 persons died, 29 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
