According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 72 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from August 27 to August 28, 6 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 19 cases of theft of personal property, 13 cases of causing bodily harm, 6 cases of fraud, 5 cases of detecting drugs, 4 cases of domestic violence, 3 cases of abuse of power and cultivation of illegal plants containing narcotic drugs, 2 cases of illegal felling of trees, 1 case of rape or attempted rape, squandering or embezzlement, counterfeiting, seizure of weapons and ammunition, bribery, destruction or damage to historical and cultural monuments, threat, forgery of documents, sexual intercourse with a person under the age of sixteen, violation of labor protection rules.
1 missing person has been located, 3 wanted persons have been detected.
2 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 5 cases of theft of personal property, 1 case of intentional damage to property have been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 10 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 1 person died, 10 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
