Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (23.12.2016-26.12.2016)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 29 out of 30 cases of infliction of bodily injuries registered in the territory of the Republic from December 23 to December 26, as well as 25 cases of theft, 24 cases of swindling, 1 case of illegal felling of trees, 2 cases of squandering, 2 cases of destruction of property have been solved, 1 case of detection of narcotics and 1 case of seizure of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case theft has been detected.
Over the past 4 day 22 road traffic accidents have been registered in the republic: 3 persons died, 39 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
