Crime news daily report

According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 165 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from August 24 to August 25, 13 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 9 cases of fraud, 8 cases of abuse of office, 7 cases of theft of personal property, 6 cases of causing bodily harm, 5 cases of detecting narcotic drugs, 3 cases of deliberate destruction of property and smuggling of drugs or psychotropic substances, 2 cases of squandering or embezzlement and death threats, 1 case of hooliganism, illegal felling of trees, bribery, official forgery or official negligence, violence against a representative of authorities, legalization of property obtained by criminal ways, obstruction of the lawful activities of the Ombudsman, battery, inducement to commit suicide, illegal separation of a child from a parent, failure to implement or improper implementation of professional duties by medical and support personnel, illegal drug trafficking, illegal deprivation of liberty, causing severe physical pain or severe mental suffering and arbitrariness.
1 missing person has been located, 5 wanted persons have been detected, another one turned himself in to the Police.
From earlier committed crimes 5 cases of burglary, 3 cases of theft of personal property, 1 case of car theft have been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 15 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 1 person died, 25 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
