According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 70 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from August 21 to August 22, 9 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 10 cases of fraud, 9 cases of personal theft, 8 cases of causing bodily harm and misappropriation or embezzlement, 5 cases of official forgery or official negligence, 3 cases of illegal felling of trees and illegal cultivation or raising of herbs prohibited for processing, containing narcotic, psychotropic or toxic substances, 2 cases of tax evasion, drug detection, battery and threats to murder, 1 case of theft of state or public property, counterfeiting, seizure of weapons and ammunition, abuse of offie, preparation for murder, trafficking in drugs, violation of labor protection rules, sexual intercourse with a minor.
4 wanted person have been detected, 1 case of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition has been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 6 cases of personal theft, 2 cases of running-dow accident and 1 case of murder have been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 17 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 23 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
