According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 64 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from July 16 to July 17, 3 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 14 cases of theft of personal property, 12 cases of bodily harm, 11 cases of fraud, 3 cases of detecting drugs, 2 cases of misappropriation or embezzlement, hooliganism, illegal tree felling and smuggling of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, 1 case of extortion, abuse office, official forgery or official negligence, false reporting of an act of terrorism, willful breach of procedure for public procurement, organizing illegal migration, legitimizing (legalizing) illegally obtained income, hindrance to administration of justice and conducting investigation, violent sexual actions and carrying cold steel.
3 wanted persons have been detected.
6 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 2 cases of theft of personal property and 1 case of banditry have been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 11 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 3 persons died, 15 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
