Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (15.10.2015-16.10.2015)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 1 case of attempted murder has been registered in the territory of the Republic from October 15 to October 16, which was immediately solved.
Meanwhile 16 out of 17 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 8 cases of theft, 3 cases of swindling, 3 cases of hooliganism, 1 case of squandering, 1 case of extortion and 1 case of car theft have been solved.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of theft have been solved.
Over the past 1 days 13 road traffic accidents were registered in the republic: 1 person died, 18 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
