Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (12.04.2017-13.04.2017)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 1 case of murder has been registered in the territory of the republic from April 12 to April 13, which was solved.
Meanwhile 8 out of 9 registered cases of infliction of bodily injuries, as well as 14 cases of theft, 8 cases of swindling, 2 cases of tax evasion, 2 cases of hooliganism and 1 case of intentional destruction of property have been solved.
From earlier committed crimes 2 cases of theft, 1 case of infliction of bodily injuries and 1 case of swindling have been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 5 road traffic accidents have been registered in the republic: 10 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
