Operational situation in the Republic of Armenia
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, from September 3 to September 4 1 case of attempted murder was registered in the republic, which was immediately disclosed.
During the mentioned period of time 16 out 19 cases of infliction of bodily harm, registered in the republic, as well as 3 out of 6 cases of theft and all the 10 cases of swindling were disclosed, too.
From earlier committed crimes 2 cases of infliction of bodily harm and theft were also solved.
For the past day 9 road accident cases were registered in the republic: 12 people got bodily harms of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
