Operational situation in the Republic of Armenia (31.01.2014-03.02.2014)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 23 out of 26 cases of infliction of bodily damage, registered in the territory of the Republic of Armenia from January 31 to February 3, 1 out of 2 cases of banditry, 1 out of 2 cases of robbery, 1 out of 2 cases of hooliganism, as well as 10 cases of swindling, 1 case of murder and 1 case of smuggling were solved during the mentioned period of time.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of banditry and 1 case of swindling. 4 cases of infliction of bodily damage and 4 cases of theft were also detected in the same period of time.
For the past day 13 road traffic accidents were registered in the republic: 13 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
