Operational situation in the Republic of Armenia (30.01.2014-31.01.2014)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 7 out of 8 cases of infliction of bodily damage, registered in the territory of the Republic of Armenia from January 30 to January 31, as well as 9 cases of swindling and 2 case of squandering were solved during the mentioned period of time.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of illegal deforstation and 1 case of theft were also detected in the same period of time.
For the past day 9 road traffic accidents were registered in the republic: 2 persons deceased, 14 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
