1 dead and 1 injured in shoot-out in Dilijan

At 16:30 on December 24 Dilijan police division received a report from hospital on Navasard Abgaryan’s, DOB 1980, and Artavazd T.’s, DOB 1979, conveyance to hospital with gunshot wounds.
As it was later established, N. Abgaryan and Artavazd T. had been wounded in shoot-out on Myasnikyan street, Dilijan, about 16:00 on the same day.
At 00:05 on December 25 Navasard Abgaryan deceased in hospital.
In connection with this fact criminal case has been initiated under the Republic of Armenia Criminal code, article 104, part 1 and article 258, part 4.
Тhe circumstances are being looked into.
Preliminary investigation is underway.
