Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (19.12.2015-21.12.2015)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 22 out of 26 cases of infliction of bodily injuries registered in the territory of the Republic from December 19 to December 21, as well as 13 cases of swindling, 8 cases of theft, 2 cases of squandering or embezzlement, 2 cases of bribery, 1 case of robbery, 1 case of hooliganism, 1 case of illegal felling of trees, 1 case of intentional destruction of property and 1 case of abuse of official powers have been detected.
Over the past 3 days 21 road traffic accidents were registered in the republic: 5 persons died, 32 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
