Police patrols start service in Yerevan

From July 7, patrolmen will be on duty in Yerevan. In this regard, on July 6, Head of Police, Police Major General Vahe Ghazaryan visited the patrol service regiment of the city of Yerevan.
The Head of Police first laid flowers at the monument to the policemen who died in the line of duty.
Addressing the patrols, he noted that the greatest honor is to serve the law and the people, he called them to be worthy of their own choice, the best traditions of the Police, the immortal memory of those officers who died heroically in the line of duty.
After the speech of the Head of Police, priest Ter Vrtanes Baghumyan performed a blessing ceremony.
The Chief of the Police, members of the Collegium and high-ranking officers of the Police got acquainted with the uniform of the patrols, weapons, technical equipment and the capabilities of the service equipment, talked with the employees of the situation room.
On the same day, Police Major General Vahe Ghazaryan and members of the Police Collegium visited the Police Situation room, got acquainted with the work and innovations of the center. As soon as an alarm is received, it is transmitted to the nearest patrols, who will arrive at the scene in a few minutes. Mew rapid response systems have been installed.
