Police detain so-called "thief in law" "Gevorik of Ufa": he is arrested

On August 19, officers of the General Department of Criminal Police, during the implementation of operational data obtained as a result of various activities, in one of the cafes in Arabkir administrative district detected so-called “thief in law” Gevorg Grigoryan and brought him to the General Department of Criminal Police. The 39-year-old Grigoryan had been wanted by law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Bashkortostan at the interstate and international levels on charges of committing a crime under Article 210.1 of the Russian Criminal Code (Occupying the highest position in the criminal hierarchy). Custody has been selected as a measure of restraint. Gevorg Grigoryan has been arrested and transferred to the Place for holding arrested persons of the Yerevan City Department of the RA Police.
