Deliberately left hold of the dog

On October 14, at 10:55 from hospital a report was received at Mashtots police department, informing that Gyozal H., born in 1959, was hospitalized there with bodily injuries. 
She told the arrived operative group that on the same day at 10:00, an Arus, a resident of the 2-nd quarter of Huysi Avan, deliberately left hold of the dog, which bit her leg, causing injuries.
A forensic medical expertise is appointed.
As a result of the measures undertaken by the police officers of Davitashen police department it was found out that Arus is the very Arusyak Gh., born in 1971, who on October 17, at 18:00, was detained at the police department. 
An investigation is underway.
