Detained for committing a number of robberies

On December 3, at 16:30, on a suspicion of having committed a robbery, Hovhannes P., born in 1995, was conveyed to the Central police division.It was found out that he committed a number of robberies from Centre administrative district of Yerevan city in 2010-2011.
Due to the undertaken measures one of the injured parties, a 55-year-old woman, was invited to the police division. She informed that in the autumn of 2010, a fellow ran up to her by the 18-th building on Tumanyan street and tried to snatch her handbag, in which she kept keys, make-up items and money in cash.
A preliminary investigation is underway.
