Breach of traffic rules and rules of vehicle exploitation causes human death

Thanks to the measures taken by officers from Ararat police division, Abraham M., DOB 1986, was detained in Vosketap village. The detainee had been wanted charged for evasion from serving his sentence imposed under the RA Criminal Code, article 242, part 2 /breach of traffic rules and rules of vehicle exploitation which negligently caused human death/ since February 12, 2015.
