The man was wanted by Kazakh law enforcers accused of forgery

At 14:00 on March 13, Ruben P., DOB 1966, came to Martuni police division. The latter had been wanted by the law enforcers of The Republic Kazakhstan accused of forgery since April 17, 2012.
The initiator of the investigation was informed about Ruben P.'s detection.
