Vardenis «Neuropsychological nursing home» Director is arrested

On September 18 an article called «The Director made persons of unsound mind care for the cattle» was published on «Հետք.am» website.
It was found out from materials prepared at Vardenis Investigation Department that Vardenis «Neuropsychological nursing home» director, Nver Hovhannisyan, born in 1958, exploiting the nursing home  residents , who were deprived of the capacity of realizing the nature and the meaning of their actions and controlling them, in the period from May to September, 2012, transferred them to the territory of Nerqin Shorzha village in Gegharquniq province, and made them care for the big and little horned cattle of the nursing home and those of his relatives. 
On October 3 the officers of the General Department on struggle against crime and Vardenis Department also found out that Nver Hovhannisyan in the period from April to September of the current year appropriated 3100 litre petrol, causing a 1.302.000 AMD material damage to the mentioned SNCO.
Nver Hovhannisyan is arrested.
