Police holds reception dedicated to the 10-th anniversary of cooperation with the «Golden apricot» international film festival (VIDEO and PHOTOS)

On February 27 Head of Police of the Republic of Armenia Lieutenant General Vladimir Gasparyan received honorable chairman of «Golden apricot» international film festival Levon Sargsyan, director of the festival Harutyun Khachatryan and his two deputies Vardan Hakobyan and Aram Khachatryan. The meeting was also attended by Police Collegium members.
Congratulating the guests on the 10-th anniversary of the film festival Vladimir Gasparyan noted that today the "Golden apricot" enjoys international fame and prestige and it is quite pleasent. The police chief stated that Police of the Republic of Armenia are determined to continue to be at the international film festival's side and offer their support during the most large-scale annual cultural events in Armenia and the entire region, first of all as a body ensuring the safety of its members, and secondly, as a structure which loves, appreciates and promotes culture.
On behalf of the directorate and the entire personnel of the «Golden apricot» Harutyun Khachatryan  expressed gratitude and appreciation to Vladimir Gasparyan for constant attention and support offered to the film festival and mentioned that within the framework of the anniversary year the «Golden apricot» has would like present special medals and diplomas to its reliable partner and loyal friend - Police of the Republic of Armenia.
Anniversary awards were given to Head of the orchestra service of Police troops Artur Abelyan, conducter Hakob Safaryan and a number of officers from Traffic police and Police Economic Management Department.
Head of Police of the Republic of Armenia Vladimir Gasparyan was decorated with “Mantashyan’s  knight”  honorable order of “Golden apricot” international film festival.
