Wanted man detained in Passport and visa department building

At 16:00 on August 13, officers of the General department of criminal intelligence along with officers of Passport and visa department detained Sargis B., DOB 1983, in Passport and visa department building. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcers of Yekaterinburg city of the General department of Internal affairs of Sverdlovsk oblast of the Russian MIA charged under article 162, section 1 /robbery/ of the Russian criminal code since February 21, 2012.
