Statement

We would like to inform you that, on the orders of the Commandant of the Republic of Armenia, in connection with the state of emergency, the liability stipulated by Article 201 of the RA Code “On Administrative Offenses” in respect of foreign citizens whose legal residence (stay) in the Republic of Armenia has expired, will not be applied within 20 days after the end of the state of emergency.
Foreign citizens whose legal grounds for staying (residing) in the Republic of Armenia has expired during a state of emergency must provide legal grounds for staying in the Republic of Armenia after the end of the state of emergency or leave the Republic of Armenia within the above-mentioned period.
