64-year-old Russia fugitive detained at Yerevan’s “Zvartnots” airport

As a result of the operational-search measures carried out by the employees of the Criminal Investigation unit of "Zvartnots" airport Line division of Police of the Republic of Armenia, on May Saturday, 8, Sharjah-Yerevan flight passenger 64-year-old Sashik M. was taken to the Police Line division. The man had been wanted by law enforcement officers of the city of Omsk of the Russian Federation on charges under Article 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Giving a bribe) since April 30.
Recognizance not to leave has been selected as a measure of restraint.
The initiator of the intelligence and the prosecutor's office have been notified of Sashik M.’s detection.
