On March 2 the Head of the OSCE office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights Election Observation mission Heidi Tagliavini addressed a thank you letter to the Police chief of the Republic of Armenia, Lieutenant General Vladimir Gasparyan for the support given to the staff of the OSCE observation mission by the Police of the Republic of Armenia during the RA presidential elections.
