Man arrested for stabbing his wife to death in Gyumri

On Wednesday February 26, at 11:55 p.m., Grigor G., DOB 1982, came voluntarily to Kumayri police division and pleaded guilty to stabbing his wife - Liana Manukyan, DOB 1986 -  to death in a jealous rage about 10:30 p.m.
Arriving at the scene police operatives established that  the injured woman  deceased on way to hospital.
A bloody knife was found as a result of the inspection conducted at the crime scene. 
In connection with this fact Police initiated a criminal case under the Republic of Armenia criminal code, article 104, part 1.
Grigor G. has been arrested.
Preliminary investigation is underway.
