The Delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus Visits Armenia

18.08.2022 17:46 Reception

On August 18, the delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, led by the Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of Countering Cybercrime Kirill Vyatkin, paid a working visit to Armenia.
The Head of the main department of the Criminal Police Vardan Vardanyan welcomed the delegation.
The employees of the specialized unit for combating cybercrimes of the criminal police also took part in the working meeting. They discussed the threats and challenges in the modern cyber domain, as well as exchanged experience in the fight against cybercrime.
It was noted that in the conditions of the development of information technologies, no country is capable of countering cybercrime alone, and the further strengthening of international cooperation in this direction has no alternative.
The Belarusian delegation also visited the Department of Operational-Investigative Information and Combating Computer Crimes of the Criminal Police and got acquainted with the work of the department.
The visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus continues.
