Online meeting held with Europol representatives

On Thursday, January 21, an online meeting took place between the RA Police, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and the representatives of Europol.
Online meeting attendees discussed the draft work agreement "On the Establishment of Cooperation between the Law Enforcement Bodies of the Republic of Armenia and the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation", as well as the necessary steps for the signing of the agreement and developing further cooperation.
The activities of the RA Police, as well as those of the RA law enforcement bodies, as defined by Annex 2 of the Agreement, were introduced to the Europol representatives. Clear explanations were given to the issues raised.
After the discussions are completed and the relevant procedures are followed, the agreement will be submitted for signing.
