Police Chief pays a working visit to Armavir marz (VIDEO and PHOTOS)

On Tuesday March 11 Head of Police of the Republic of Armenia Lieutenant General Vladimir Gasparyan paid a working visit to Armavir marz where he met with senior officers of Armavir marz Department of the RA Police and representatives of Armavir marz administration.
During the meeting convoked at Armavir Marz Department Vladimir Gasparyan stated that the top priority for the Police is to realize and fulfil their main mission, namely to serve the law and the people, as this conditions the successful formation of a modern police system.  
The Police Chief required to strictly observe labour discipline and adhere to implementation standards, as well as to regularly hold workshops to develop young specialists’ practical skills and to involve  police veterans in fight  against crime and staff education and development process.
Vladimir Gasparyan attached special importance to police officer's proactive steps towards juvenile crime prevention.
Analyzing the performance of Armavir marz Department and its structural subdivisions, Vladimir Gasparyan revealed the main shortcomings and gave definite instructions how to urgently eliminate them. The Police Chief highlighted that high professional, human and civil qualities of police officers are the key to successful elimination of any vicious phenomena.  
After the working conference Vladimir Gasparyan met with local community heads at Аrmavir marzpetaran. 
During the meeting the Police Chief defined the following ways and spheres of joint work with local self-government bodies: provision of legal aid to Heads of local communities, maintenance of close cooperation with pedagogues, provision of necessary amount of farming machines in order to avoid RTAs.
By the end of the meeting Vladimir Gasparyan answered all the questions asked by the meeting participants.
