With the view of clarifying the voters’ lists and receiving reports on inaccuracies in the voters’ lists a «Hotline» telephone service has been operating in the Passport and Visa department of the RA police sonce January 9, 2012:  010-53-32-73. This information was spread by mass-media beforehand.
In the period from January 9, 2012 to January 29 79 reports were received.
All the callers were given exhaustive answers and detailed explanations and measures were undertaken to eliminate the problems.
