Armenian arrested in Moscow after 15 years on the run

On Wednesday August 20 at 12:30 p.m. Armenian citizen Erik A., DOB 1971, was arrested near the dwelling building at 78 Sukhovski lane, Moscow, following special measures taken by officers of the General Department of Criminal Intelligence and Yerevan City Department of the RA Police alongside their Russian colleagues.
The arrestee had been wanted by the Central division of the RA Police charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 175, part 3, point 1 /banditry/ and article 235, part 1 /illegal procurement, transportation or carrying of weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive devices/ since August 1, 1999.
