After 13 years on the run man wanted by law enforcers of Balashikhinsk, Russia, turns himself in to the Armenian Police

Thanks to explanatory work carried out by officers from Mashtots police division Vahan T., DOB 1971, turned himself in to the Police. The man had been wanted by Department of the Russian MIA for Balashikhinski region of Moscow oblast charged for swindling since December 4, 2013.
The initiator of the intelligence has been notified of Vahan T.’s detection.
