Police detain young man wanted by Russian law enforcement agencies on charges of infliction of willful medium-gravity damage to health

On Monday February 9 at 5:15 p.m. David H, DOB 1989, turned himself in to the Armenian Police following explanatory work and operational intelligence measures carried out by officers from Dilijan police division. The man had been wanted by the Department of the Russian MIA for Balashiha region charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 112, part 1 /infliction of willful medium-gravity damage to health / since December 26, 2014.
