The newly constructed building came down

On October 25 at 16:00 in Marash police department a message was received from “1-01” service of the MES of the RA, informing that a newly constructed building came down on Khanjyan street.
On the same day at 16:15 at the police department a message was received from hospital informing that 9 people were hospitalized with the diagnosis “polytrauma”, as a result of the fall at Khanjyan 20 address.
It was found out that on the same day at 15:50 the newly constructed building located behind the bakery on the 5-th quarter of the «Oghakadzev» park, as a result of which 9 construction workers got injuries and were hospitalized.
The circumstances are being found out.
A criminal case is initiated by the Central Investigation department on the signs of the crime, specified in the 157-th article of the Criminal code of the RA.
A preliminary investigation is underway.
