after 4 years on the run Police detain man wanted by law enforcement bodies of Stavropol krai, Russia

Thanks to the operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Mashtots division of the RA Police, Artur P., DOB 1968, was detained in Yerevan on Wednesday, April 6 at 7:30. The man had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Stavropol krai, Russia charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 159, part 4 /swindling/ since March 1, 2012.
Custody has been selected as a measure of restraint.
