Armenian police officers detain foreign citizen wanted for theft in Yaroslavl oblast, Russia

On Thursday December 18 at 6:40 p.m. foreign citizen Ishkhan O., DOB 1975, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by officers from Bagratashen police subdivision. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Yaroslavl oblast, Russia, charged with theft since April 7, 2005.
