New details on the murder case in «Mush» restaurant complex

As it was reported on November 18 at 22:45 at Gugark police division a report was received from «Ambulance service» station informing that there was a corpse in a restaurant in Shahumyan village, Lori region.
The arrived operative group at the mentioned place found the corpse of a Yerevan city resident, member of the Chamber of Lawyers Samvel Sharbatyan, born in 1963. Traces of violence were found on the corpse.
As a result of the accident scene examination the police officers found 5 metallic  bullets for  pneumatic air pistol.
A criminal case has been initiated under the part 1 of the article 104 of the RA criminal code.
Due to the investigation and operational search measures, as well as explanatory work of the Lori regional department, Gugark police division and Lori investigation department police officers, on November 19 Artak Veranyan, born in 1979, came to police station, handed the mentioned pistol.
It was found out that on November 18 at about 22:00 Artak an Aren Veranyan brothers and Samvel Diloyan, born in 1981, met in «Mush» restaurant complex to clarify private matters. A quarrel and wrangling was started, during which Artak Veranyan took S. Sharbatyan’s pistol, shot at him several times,  stroke blows at his face and body with hands and legs, thus killing him.
Artak Veranyan is arrested.
The preliminary investigation of the criminal case is continuing.
Measures on finding out Artak Veranyan and Samvel Diloyan are being undertaken.
