Hunan H. Poghosyan was born on May 30, 1964 in the city of Yerevan. He graduated from Yerevan State University with a degree in Law.
Hunan Poghosyan served in the USSR armed forces.
During 1991-1993 he worked first as an inspector, police detective in the Inspectorate for Juvenile Proceedings, and then as a senior police detective in Criminal investigation unit at the Shahumyan Internal Affairs Division, in 1993-1995 he was the Head of the Criminal Investigation Department at Mashtots Internal Affairs Division, from 1995 to 1996 he was the Deputy Head of the Criminal Investigation Department, from 1996 to 1999 Hunan Poghosyan was the Head of the Criminal Investigation Department, from 1999 to 1999 he was the Head of Mashtots Internal Affairs Division, from 1999 to 2000 he was the Head of the Central Internal Affairs Division, in 2000-2001 Hunan Poghosyan was the Head of Arabkir Internal Affairs Division, from 2001-2004 he was the Deputy Head of operations at the Internal Affairs Department of Yerevan city, from 2004 to 2008 he was the Head of Ararat Regional Department of the RA Police, from 2008-2010 he was the Head of the General Department of  combating organized crime of the RA Police. In 2010 he was assigned the First Deputy Head of the RA Police.  In 2010 he obtained the rank of the Police Major-General.
By the Decrees of the President of the RA he was awarded: in 1998 the Order for Valor, in 2006 was awarded a medal for Excellent Maintenance of Public Order, and in 2006 by the Decree of the President of  Nagorno-Karabakh Republic he was awarded a medal for Active Service.
In 2011 by the decree of the President of the RA he was awarded a 1-st class medal for “Distinguished Service to Fatherland”, in 2012 he was awarded a Service Medal by the Prime-Minister of the RA.
He was also awarded various departmental medals of the RA Police, RA Ministry of Defense, National Security Service, and Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.   
He was awarded a Weapon of Honor by the Head of the RA Police. 
Pursuant to a Presidential decree issued on April 15, 2014, Hunan Poghosyan was conferred the rank of «Police Lieutenant General».
Married with a daughter and two sons.

Levon Kh. Yeranosyan was born on March 30, 1964, in the village Yeraskhahoun, Hoktemberyan region.
During 1983-1985 he served in the Soviet Army.
In 1985 he entered National Law Institute, correspondence courses, graduated in 1991 with a degree in law.
In 1990 Levon Yeranosyan joined the “Ejmiatsin” voluntary detachment, and as a member of detachment he participated in various combat activities in frontier regions of the Republic of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh. During the Artsakh war for independence he fought as a member of voluntary detachment, then with the voluntary battalion and the fifth brigade.
1994-1995 – the Deputy Commander of the 83-rd Infantry Motorized Brigade,
1995-1997 – Deputy Commander of the 54122 Military Unit,
1996 entered and graduated from Higher Officers’ Courses of the MOD of the RA,
1997-2000 the Commander of the 63853 Military Unit,
2000-2003 the Commander of the 1-st Army Corps,
2001 obtained a rank of Major-General by the Decree of the President of the RA.
2003 entered and graduated the Higher Military Academic Courses of the Armed Forces General Headquarters of theRussian Federation, with the qualification of the specialist in “Military Security of the State”,
2003-2012 served as the Commander of the 3-rd Army Corps.
By the decree of the President of the RA of 02.04.2012 Major-General Levon Yeranosyan was assigned the Commander of the Police Troops of the RA, at the position of the Deputy Head of Police.
For the services provided to the Fatherland Major-General Levon Yeranosyan was awarded various state decorations, such as a “Battle Cross” 2-nd class in 2003, Nagorno-Karabakh “Battle Cross” 1-st class in 1994, “Vardan Mamikonyan” order in 2008, a 1-st class medal for the “Services, provided to Fatherland” in 2006, a medal for “Battle Services” in 2000.
He also was honored with departmental awards, such as “Marshall Baghramyan” medal in 1997, “Drastamat Kanayan” medal in 2002, “For Enhancement of Cooperation” medal in 2004, “Vazgen Sargsyan” medal in 2009.
On 16.04.2012 for the long faultless service in the Armed Forces, as well as commemorating the 11-th Anniversary of the Army Day, he was awarded “Combat Support” medal.
Pursuant to an RA Presidential decree issued on April 15, 2014, Levon Yeranosyan was conferred the rank of «Police Lieutenant General».
Married, with a son and two daughters.

Anubagh H. Hambaryan was born on October 25, 1961 in the village of Arevashogh, Lori marz (Spitak region).
In 1987 Anubagh Hambaryan left Astrakhan Special Secondary School of Militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR with a degree in Law, and in 1992 he graduated from State High School of Militia of Tbilisi Ministry of Internal Affairs with a degree in Law.
During 1980 - 1982 he served in the army.
From November 23, 1983 until October 1, 1985 Anubagh Hambaryan served as a militiaman at Spitak division of Internal Affairs.
From 01.10.1987 until 29.05.1990 he served as a Militia district inspector at Spitak division of IA.
From 29.05.1990 till 09.12.1992 he served as a police operative at Criminal Intelligence unit of Spitak division of IA, from 09.12.1992 till 21.04.1994 he was the Head of the Criminal intelligence unit of Spitak division of IA,  from 21.04.1994 untill 05.04.1997 Anubagh Hambaryan was the Deputy Head of Operations at Spitak division of IA, from 05.04.1997-15.01.1999 he was the Head of Criminal Intelligence unit of Lori marz Department of IA, from 15.01.1999 untill 18.10.1999 he was the Head of the 1st unit of Metropolitan militia of Vanadzor division of IA, Lori marz department of IA,  from 18.10.1999 untill 25.02.2004 Anubagh Hambaryan was the Head of Stepanavan division of IA of Lori marz department of Internal Affairs,  from 25.02.2004 till 29.10.2005 he was the Head of Gugarq division of IA of Lori marz department of Internal Affairs, from 29.10.2005 till 09.07.2008 he was the Head of Vanadzor division of IA of Lori marz department of Internal Affairs of Police of the Republic of Armenia.
From 09.07.2008 untill 17.10.2013 Anubagh Hambaryan was the Head of Lori marz department of Internal Affairs of Police of the Republic of Armenia.
Pursuant to the decree issued by the President of the Republic of Armenia on October 17, 2013 Anubagh Hambaryan was appointed to the post of a Deputy Head  of Police of the Republic of Armenia.
Pursuant to the decree issued by the President of the Republic of Armenia on September 7, 2016, Anubagh Hambaryan was conferred the rank of «Police Major General».

By the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Armenia in 2006 Anubagh Hambaryan was awarded a medal for “Excellent Maintenance of Public Order” and a medal of the order "For Services to the Fatherland" 2nd degree in 2011.

Samvel R. Hovhannisyan was born on May 1, 1967 in the city of Yerevan.
In 1991 Samvel Hovhannisyan graduated from Yerevan State Institute of Physical Culture and in 2005 he graduated from the Academy of Police of the Republic of Armenia.
During 1985 - 1987 he served in the Armed forces.
From February, 1988 till March, 1991 he was a militiaman of the Battalion of Protection division of Yerevan Metro of the MIA, from March 1991 till September 1991 Samvel Hovhannisyan was a commanding officer of militia company detached forces of MIA Protection division of Yerevan Metro.
From 03.09.1991 to 22.12.1992 Samvel Hovhannisyan was an inspector at Public Order Protection Division of Yerevan city Department of Interior, from 15.10.1993 to 13.03.1996 he was a Deputy Head of Operations at Soviet Division of Interior, Yerevan city, from 13.03.1996 to 11.07.1998 he was a Deputy Head of Operations at Armavir marz Department of Internal Affairs,  at the same time he was the Head of Service Division, from 11.07.1998 to 14.09.1999 Hovhannisyan Samvel was the Deputy Head of Operations at Soviet Division of Internal Affairs, Yerevan city, from 09.12.1999 to 14.02.2003 he was the Deputy Head of State Protection Department, from 14.02.2003 to 09.03.2005 he was the Deputy Head of Operations at State Protection Department. From 09.03.2005 to 17.10.2013 he was the Deputy Head of State Protection Service of the Republic of Armenia.
By the decree of President of the Republic of Armenia dated October 17, 2013, Samvel Hovhannisyan was appoited to the post of a  Deputy Head  of Police of the Republic of Armenia.
Pursuant to the decree issued by the President of the Republic of Armenia on September 7, 2016, Samvel Hovhannisyan was conferred the rank of «Police Major General».

By the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Armenia Samvel Hovhannisyan was awarded a medal "For Excellent Maintenance of Public Order" (2008) and an “Active Service” medal (2012).
In 2010 Samvel Hovhannisyan was awarded a letter of commendation on behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, in 2010 he was awarded a commemorative medal by the Prime-Minister of the Republic of Armenia, and in 2011 he was awarded a letter of commendation by the Prime-Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

During 1978-1980 he worked as an investigator in the Investigation Unit of Shahumyan Division of the Internal Affairs, 1980-1982 worked as an investigator in the Investigation Unit of the Yerevan Department of the Internal  Affairs, 1982-1985 worked as an investigator, then as a senior investigator in the Investigation Unit of the Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 1985-1989  worked as a senior investigator for cases of particular importance in the Investigation Unit of the Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 1989-1990 worked as a head of the investigation unit of the Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 1990-1991 was the Head of the Mashtots Division of the Internal Affairs,
1991-1992 was the Deputy Minister of the Internal Affairs and the Head of the Investigation Department, 1993-1996 served in the RA Ministry of Defense system,
1996 was released to the RA Armed Forces reserve. In 1997 returned to service at the Ministry of Defense system, 1998-1999 worked as a Deputy Head of Arabkir Division of the Yerevan Internal Affairs Department, 1999-2007 served as the Head of the General Investigation Department, and from 12.15.2007 to 03.10.2014 worked as a Deputy Head of the RA Police and the Head of the General Investigation Department.
By the decree of President of the Republic of Armenia dated October 3, 2014, Gagik Hambardzumyan was appoited to the post of a Deputy Head  of Police of the Republic of Armenia.
In 2003 obtained the rank of a Police Major-General.
In 2006 by the decree of the RA President was awarded a title of an Honored Jurist of theRepublic of Armenia.

From  15.08.1989 to 13.06.1990 Vardan Yeghiazaryan was a senior inspector for special assignments at Organizational-Inspectorial division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 
From 13.06.1990 to 08.04.1991 he was the Head of the Information, Analytical and Planning division of the Organizational-Inspectorial Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs,
From  08.04.1991 to 11.06.1992 Vardan Yeghiazaryan was the Deputy Head of the Organizational-Inspectorial Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs,

By the decree of the Head of Police of the Republic of Armenia dated November 5, 2011 Vardan Yeghizaryan was appointed to the post of the Head of the Headquarters of Police of the Republic of Armenia.
By the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia dated October 3, 2014 Vardan Yeghizaryan was appointed to the post of the Deputy Head of Police of the Republic of Armenia.

Awards 

Pursuant to decrees of the President of the Republic of Armenia Vardan Eghiazaryan was conferred:

- 2006, «Service to the Motherland» 2nd grade Medal,
- 2014, «For excellent maintenance of public order» medal.

Pursuant to the RA Prime Minister’s decision:

-2007, a letter of commendation.

Vardan Yeghiazaryan has also been granted various official rewards by a number of Ministries and state Agencies.
Pursuant to a Presidential decree issued on April 13, 2012, Vardan Yeghiazaryan was conferred the rank of Police Major General.
