According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 45 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from July 31 to August 1, 2 of which were a previously committed crime.
In particular, 14 cases of personal theft, 9 cases of infliction of bodily harm, 4 cases of battery and fraud, 2 cases of abuse of power, 1 case of rape, misappropriation or embezzlement, counterfeiting, intentional destruction of property, cybercrime, seizure of weapons and ammunition, threat of murder, false denunciations, illegal deprivation of liberty, violation of the inviolability of the home, trafficking in drugs and cultivation of prohibited plants containing narcotic drugs.
4 wanted persons have been detected, 4 others turned themselves in to the Police, 1 case of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition has been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 2 cases of personal theft have been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 14 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 1 person died, 24 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
