The lift broke down: there are casualties and injured men

On October 25, at 17:25, at Davitashen police department a message was received from the Ministry of emergency situations that on the end part of Sasna Tsrer street the lift broke down in a newly constructed house near Davitashen bridge: there are 2 casualties and injured men.
The arrived operative group found out that the freight elevator of the half-constructed building, located at the address Sasna Tsrer 2, broke down and fell from the 19-th floor onto the ground floor, as a result of which Yura and Husik, construction workers, who were in the lift, died on the spot and Khachik Epremyan, born in 1969, and Gevorg Safaryan, born in 1954, were hospitalized with bodily injuries.
According to the doctor they were unable to give an evidence.
A forensic – medical examination is appointed.
A Criminal case is initiated by the Investigation department on the signs of the crime, specified in the 2-nd part of the 157-th article of the Criminal code of the RA.
