The murderer identified

29.01.2013 10:20 Murder

On January 28, at 14:20, an alert was received at Erebuni police division informing that Sergey Galstyan’s (born in 1969) corpse with gunshot wounds in and around his chest was taken to the hospital.
The arrived operative group found out that on the same day at about 14:00 an unknown person shot dead Sergey Galstyan opposite the kiosk on street 20 in Sari Tagh.
On January 29, at 00:30, due to the operational investigative measures undertaken by the police officials, the murderer was identified.
Measures on detecting the murderer and the crime instrument are being undertaken.
A criminal case was started under the part 1 of the article 104 and part 1 of the article 235 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
A preliminary investigation is underway.
