Man stabs his wife to death in Alaverdi town

On Sunday, July 26 at 8:55 a.m. Tumanyan police division received a report from hospital about Serine Konyan's, DOB 1979, body found in her apartment at 6 Marx street, Alaverdi town by the local emergency team.
Arriving at the scene police operatives found Serine Konyan's, DOB 1979, body with multiple incised and stab wounds.  
Thanks to explanatory work carried out by police officers, Samvel S., DOB 1975, turned himself in to the Police at 9:05 a.m. Samvel S. avowed that he had stabbed his wife to death in a jealous rage at 08:20 a.m. that same day.
A forensic and medical examination has been appointed.
Samvel S. is arrested.
The knife - crime instrument  - is seized.
Investigation is underway.
