On Thursday November 20 at 1:20 p.m. Zoya N., DOB 1979, was detained in Tsaghkalanj village following operational search measures taken by officers of Armavir police division. The woman had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 333, part 2, point 1 /false crime reporting/ since November 19, 2014.
