Police detain fugitive swindler wanted by Russian law enforcement bodies

Abel K., DОБ 1969, was detained on Charents street, Yerevan following special measures taken by officers from the General Department of Criminal Intelligence of the RA Police. The man had been wanted by Police of Karasunski administrative district of the Department of the Russia's MIA for Krasnodar city charged for swindling since September 12, 2014.
