At 4:30 on February 13, Mashtots police division received a report from the Operations control cnetre of the RA police Yerevan city department on Daniel I.’s (born in 1987) call who had informed that the activists of presidential candidate Raffi Hovhannisyan’s pre-election headquarters had been beaten on Arzumanyan street, near the building 12.
Arman Gh., born in 1992, Satenik M., born in 1991, Kamo A., born in 1993, and Sargis K., born in 1990, were invited to the police, where Arman Gh. informed that he is volunteer at Hovannisyan’s pre-election headquarters and had been distributing leaflets with his friend Kamo A. in the 10-th building on Arzumanyan street, while Kamo A., picking up the broom standing at the building entrance, begun sweeping. Sargis K., a resident of the mentioned building, reproved him and delivered blows with hand to him and his friend during the ensuing quarrel.
A forensic medical examination is assigned.
An inquiry is underway.
