On Thursday April 17, at 11 a.m. Sargsi S., DOB 1981, surrenders himself to Armenian Police following explanatory works carried out by officers of the General Department of Criminal Intelligence of Police of the Republic of Armenia.The detainee had been wanted by Moscow law enforcement bodies of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs charged under the Russian Federation Criminal Code, article 264, part 3 /breach of traffic rules and rules of vehicle exploitation which negligently caused human death/ since July 4, 2004.
