Wanted man turns himself in to Armenian Police after voluntarily leaving Kiev

A few days ago Artur H., DOB 1976, voluntarily flew from Kiev to Yerevan and turned himself in to Armenian Police following explanatory measures taken by officers of Yerevan city Department. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 3, point 1 /swindling/ and article 214, part 2 /аbuse of authority by the employees of commercial or other organizations/ since November 7, 2013.
