Light snowfalls observed in some areas of the republic: drivers are once again urged to exercise extreme caution and vigilance

As of February 19, 10:00 a.m., light snowfalls are observed in Artik, Kotayk, Hrazdan, Sevan, Martuni, Sisian and Jermuk regions and  Saravan pass.
The Ohanavan – Rya Taza road section, Aragatsotn province, is partially covered with ice.
All the highways of interstate and republican significance are open.
Road cleaning works aimed at ensuring safe and comfortable Traffic conditions, are underway. Traffic Police officers are currently rendering assistance to the drivers who have stuck on icy roads.
Drivers are urged to exercise extreme caution and vigilance and use the abovementioned roads in case of emergency.
