Man kills his own brother and then buries him in the garden

At 13:50 on September 17 Garnik Khojayan, DOB 1966, was detained by officers of Tavush provincial department and Ijevan division of the RA police on suspicion of having committed a murder.
The detainee pleaded quilty and told the police that about 00:30 on August 21 he had started a quarrel with his young borother Harutyun Khojayan, DOB 1970, in the presence of his own mother Parandzem Khojayan, DOB 1938. During the quarrel he delivered blows to his brother's head  with a broken chair.  As a result of the heavy bodily injuries Harutyun Khaojayan deceased on the spot. To hide the crime, the fratricide burried Harutyun Khojayan's body in the nearest garden, between 22:00 and 23:00 on the same day.
The circumstances of the incident are being looked into.
Garnik Khojayan is arrested.
Preliminary investigation is underway.
