Police detain 2 persons wanted for theft and battery

On Tuesday May 6 at 3:30 p.m. Hrant Q., DOB 1989, was detained near the building at 52/2, Admiral Isakov avenue, Yerevan, following special operational search measures taken by officers of Shengsavit police division along with their colleagues from Shengavit subdivision of the Department of Alternative Sentencing of the RA Ministry of Justice. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal code, article 177, part 2, point 1 /theft/ since May 6 of this year.

On May 6 at 7:45 p.m. Khachatur Ye., DOB 1975, was detained in Kotayk village, Kotayk marz, Armenia following special measure taken by officers of Kotayk police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal code, article 118 /battery/ since April 30 of this year.
